Our shopping experience is now a blend of the convenience of online shopping and quick processing and pick up at our Venture Stores. We offer you the option to purchase online and pick up your order in our retail stores or make exchanges in store from an online purchase.
There is no difference to complete your order. On the product page, check if “buy online, pick up at store” is available near you and if the products you are looking for are in stock. Each store carries a different collection of products so keep that in mind when ordering. Each product has the available inventory at the closet location located on the product page.
Once you are done shopping you can check out and go through the process. You will have the option to ship or pick up at the Venture store. Be sure to look for the email of your order confirmation.
What’s next? Once the order is placed we’ll send you an email with detailed pickup instructions—including the hours you can pick up your order—as soon as your order is ready.
You’ll need to show government ID or the email notification once you get to the store. If you’re sending a friend to pick it up for you, they’ll need the email too. Visit our FAQ for more info.

1 - Complete and order online and selecte pick up in the Venture Store near you.
2 - Our team will receive the order and work to fulfill the order. We will also reach out to you if there is any question so be sure to provide the best contact information when you place the order.
3 - We send you an email or text to let you know your order is ready for pick up.
4 - Stop in and pick up your order just make sure to bring a valid ID so we know its you when you pick up the order!
